The objective of this study were to determine the density, growth rate, and biomass Vallisneria gigantea. This research was conducted on May-June 2020 in a river Senggarang, Tanjungpinang City. used random sampling method 30 points using transect quadrant (50x50 cm). results showed that V. gigantea had density value 148.80 ind/m2. rate 0.06 cm/day 21.71 gr/m2. Light intencity principle component gigantea’s leaf while pH, velocity, temperatur for leaf.Keywords: Density; Giant Vallisneria; Growth; Macrophyte; Productivity
